"VERY bad experience let me share details . Hotel has tie up with OYO even may be have similar tie ups with other booking chains .I booked this hotel 8 days in advance from check in day on 12th March .. Travelled Long distance and reached hotel by around 7 PM based on believe that i have confirmed booking and was relax to take rest. During check in enquiry owner or staff told me no booking for you and u shall have sense that how we can give room at 50% price @~700 INR as our rooms starts at 1500 INR +. Person on reception told me its fraud from Oyo and ask them to refund i can only provide room with 1500+ INR rate only . He asked me while cancelling mention hotel is under renovation at that point itself i got that its trap , first you let people book ur property at lower rate and then in last ask them more than double money and even if few travellers to avoid further harassments pay them as per their ask its winning situation for Hotel but pity for travellers . Imagine person travelled a long distance and suddenly he has to search for new accomodation or have to struggle for check in . Any how question arise Why customer shall suffer if Hotel has problem with booking agency just part away or ask them to not book beyond what ever price ok for you ? Hotel shall respecting customer for their booking whatever amount and shall be settling with booking partner not to harass customer . Its a kind of fraud ,cheating and harassment to customers imagine situation for person who is new in town and knows no one ,Fortunately i have been in town since 10 Years and have lots of friends and relatives there so was comfortable and relaxed even in this situation and managed accordingly . Based on this experience i can say even good reviews about hotel are suspecious and do not find this hotel worthy to deal ."

"Nice food and low in budget and the location was fantastic..... But it was showing a buffet breakfast but they don't provide us that and was saying that it is wrongly mentioned in the application.. but as per the price I am Okay with that...."
